I'm Ahmad Usama, a Strategic UX Designer with over 4 years of experience transforming complex systems into human-centered, scalable experiences. I bridge design, business, and technology through Design Thinking, CX Strategy, and Service Design.
Currently I'm a Senior UX Designer at Adalfi (a Techlogix company), crafting experiences for mobile banking and digital payments. Before that, at Techlogix, I led UX for SECP eZfile, improving service efficiency by 25% for thousands of monthly applicants and reducing internal processing time by 40% across 10 departments, working alongside Ernst & Young (EY).
